Designed for villas and hotels, the NFRC standard special shape wood casement window is built to order in our factory. The frame combines an aluminum exterior cladding and a timber interior in imported red oak, so the room side shows natural wood while the weather side stays low-maintenance. The glass package is double-glazed tempered insulating glass (5mm + 12mm argon + 5mm) with a Low-E coating. Frames are made to arched, round or other custom shapes to match the architecture of the opening.
Hardware and sealing include American-brand hardware and EPDM/TPV gaskets or silicone sealant. Surfaces receive German-brand water-based paint on the timber. It includes a magnetic insect screen. This model is referenced to NFRC standards. It is also listed as Energy Star qualified. Glass specification and hardware finish are made to order, so units can be matched to project drawings or replacement openings. Units ship in multi-layer protective packaging to protect frames and glass in transit, and the product carries a warranty of more than five years.
