Designed for villas and hotels, the 163S vintage style aluminum clad wood casement window is built to order in our factory. The frame combines an aluminum exterior cladding and a timber interior in imported red oak on the interior face, so the room side shows natural wood while the weather side stays low-maintenance. Glazing is double-glazed tempered insulating glass (5mm + 12mm argon + 5mm) with a Low-E coating. Side-hinged sashes close firmly against their seals, and the timber interior brings warmth to the room.
German-origin hardware handles daily operation, while EPDM gaskets or silicone sealant keep drafts and water out. It can be supplied in custom colors. It includes a magnetic insect screen. This model is CE certified and tested in accordance with NFRC procedures. Sizes, colors, glass specification, and hardware finish can be customized for each project schedule.
