This 86S aluminum clad wood tilt and turn window is engineered for villas. The frame combines an aluminum exterior cladding and a timber interior in imported North American red oak, with pine (larch) as an option, so the room side shows natural wood while the weather side stays low-maintenance. Timber sections are bonded with German-origin wood adhesive. It is glazed with double-glazed tempered IGCC/SGCC certified insulating glass. A single handle selects tilt ventilation or a full inward swing. Corners are seamlessly welded for added strength. Design details include integrated blinds between the glass.
It is fitted with German-origin hardware. Surfaces receive German-brand water-based paint on the timber. It includes a magnetic insect screen. This model is NFRC certified. It is also listed as Energy Star qualified. Glass specification and hardware finish can be customized for each project schedule.
