The frame combines an aluminum exterior cladding and a timber interior, so the room side shows natural wood while the weather side stays low-maintenance. It is glazed with double-glazed tempered insulating glass (6mm + 12mm cavity + 6mm) with a Low-E coating. A crank operator opens the sash outward, a convenient format above sinks and counters and common in North American homes. Design details include integrated blinds.
It is fitted with EPDM gaskets or silicone sealant. It can be supplied in black as shown or custom colors. Insect protection options include a magnetic insect screen and a stainless steel window screen. This model is NFRC certified. It is also listed as Energy Star qualified.
