Our zero frame double glazed casement window is produced for villas, with a design suited to North American projects. The frame uses thermal break aluminum profiles with a 1.8 mm wall thickness, where insulating strips separate the inner and outer aluminum to reduce heat transfer. It is glazed with double-glazed tempered insulating glass (6mm + 16mm argon + 6mm) with a Low-E coating and warm-edge spacers. The sash frame is concealed behind the glass so the window reads as a single pane from outside. The listed design gives a 35% broader view than windows with regular frames. Rounded corners improve safety around the sash.
It includes a magnetic insect screen. It is listed as Energy Star qualified. Glass specification can be customized for each project schedule. Units ship in five-layer protective packaging to protect frames and glass in transit, and the product carries a warranty of more than five years.
