Designed for hotels, the large glass area thermal break aluminum awning window is built to order in our factory. The frame uses thermal break aluminum profiles, where insulating strips separate the inner and outer aluminum to reduce heat transfer. The glass package is double-glazed tempered insulating glass (5mm + 12mm argon + 5mm) with a Low-E coating; triple glazing is available. Hinged at the top, the sash projects outward at the bottom and sheds rain while ventilating.
German-origin hardware handles daily operation, while an interior and exterior double sealing system and EPDM glazing gaskets keep drafts and water out. Sizes, glass specification, and hardware finish are made to order, so units can be matched to project drawings or replacement openings. Units ship in non-fumigation plywood crates to protect frames and glass in transit, and the product carries a 5-year warranty.
