Product description
This black thermal break awning window with magnetic screen is engineered for living rooms. The frame uses thermal break aluminum profiles, where insulating strips separate the inner and outer aluminum to reduce heat transfer. The glass package is double-glazed tempered insulating glass (5mm + 12mm argon + 5mm) with a Low-E coating; triple glazing is available. Top-hinged sashes open outward from the bottom, so the window can stay open for ventilation in light rain.
It is fitted with German-origin hardware and an interior and exterior double sealing system and EPDM glazing gaskets. It can be supplied in black as shown. It includes a magnetic insect screen. Sizes, glass specification, and hardware finish can be customized for each project schedule. Units ship in non-fumigation plywood crates to protect frames and glass in transit, and the product carries a warranty of more than five years.
