Windows Door Factory manufactures this anodized aluminum tilt and turn window for villas, with a design suited to New Zealand projects. The frame uses thermal break aluminum profiles, where insulating strips separate the inner and outer aluminum to reduce heat transfer. Glazing is double-glazed tempered insulating glass (5mm + 12mm argon + 5mm) with a Low-E coating; triple glazing is available. One handle controls two modes: the sash tilts inward from the top for secure ventilation or swings fully inward for cleaning and airflow.
It is fitted with German-origin hardware and an interior and exterior double sealing system and EPDM glazing gaskets. Surfaces receive an anodized finish. It includes a magnetic insect screen. It is listed as Energy Star qualified. Sizes, glass specification, and hardware finish are made to order, so units can be matched to project drawings or replacement openings.
