Designed for hotels and apartments, the 95S double glazed tilt and turn window for office buildings is built to order in our factory. The frame uses 6060-T66 grade thermal break aluminum profiles with a 1.8 mm wall thickness, where insulating strips separate the inner and outer aluminum to reduce heat transfer. Glazing is double-glazed tempered IGCC/SGCC certified insulating glass with a Low-E coating; triple glazing is available. The tilt and turn fitting lets the sash tip in at the top for draft-free ventilation or open fully inward like a casement.
Specification includes domestic or German hardware and EPDM gaskets or silicone sealant. Surfaces receive a powder-coated finish. Insect protection options include a magnetic insect screen and a choice of three screen types. It is listed as Energy Star qualified. A nailing flange allows quick, simple installation in North American wall construction.
